This role leads HR strategy for multiple distribution sites, partnering with leaders on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management. You'll oversee employee relations, compliance, and training while using HR data to drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and execution for regional distribution and logistics locations.
• Partner with regional leadership on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for warehouse and corporate roles.
• Implement training, leadership development, and coaching programs aligned with Uline's culture.
• Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, staffing levels) to recommend process and policy improvements.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and safety standards across sites.
• Coordinate compensation reviews and support benefits communication and enrollment.
• Champion a results-driven, collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
• Support change management for operational and organizational initiatives across the region.
