Working within our broader People & Compliance team, you'll be the go-to expert for Kronos (UKG) to keep things running smoothly and identify opportunities to make our systems, data and processes work smarter.

Your impact

• Own the day-to-day functionality and ongoing support of our Kronos/UKG platform
• Manage system access, security, workflows and user administration
• Work with UKG and external partners to resolve issues and deliver improvements
• Support integrations and data flows while identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency

What you bring

• Hands-on experience administering Kronos/UKG or a similar workforce management platform
• Strong understanding of time and attendance, workforce management and payroll processes
• Experience interpreting awards, enterprise agreements and/or payroll rules
• High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data accuracy and system integrity
