IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ISVG/IVIG) Developer / Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ISVG/IVIG) Developer to support the design, development, and customization of identity governance and administration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ISIM/ISVG/IVIG operational workflows, JavaScript-based customizations, and experience developing custom extensions within the IBM Security Identity platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM/ISVG/IVIG) workflows and custom solutions.
  • Develop and enhance custom JavaScript extensions within the ISIM/ISVG/IVIG environment.
  • Configure and support IBM Security Identity virtual appliances.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement identity lifecycle management solutions.
  • Develop and integrate REST-based services and APIs.
  • Write, test, and maintain Java code to support custom functionality.
  • Utilize IDEs for development, debugging, and deployment.
  • Work with LDAP directories for identity management and authentication integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to identity management solutions.
  • Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities.

Required Skills & Experience

Required

  • Expert knowledge of ISIM/ISVG/IVIG operational workflows.
  • Expert knowledge of the ISIM/ISVG/IVIG JavaScript environment.
  • Proven experience developing custom JavaScript extensions for ISIM/ISVG/IVIG.
  • General knowledge of IBM Security Identity virtual appliances.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience with Java development.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
  • General knowledge and hands-on experience using Integrated Development Environments (IDEs).
  • General knowledge of LDAP directories and directory services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
