Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Warehousing
5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks
Strong SQL development and query optimization
Strong experience with Apache Spark / PySpark
Extensive experience with Delta Lake
Strong ETL/ELT development experience
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Data modeling and data warehouse architecture
Experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines
Databricks Workflows, Jobs, notebooks, and performance tuning
Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps
Strong understanding of data quality, governance, security, and lineage
Ability to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions

Cloud data lake architecture
Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
