The Role • Actively engage in telephone-based B2B sales to acquire new clients nationwide, with a focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). • Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification in the CRM and needs analysis to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. • Drive consistent outbound sales activities to achieve monthly revenue targets. • Effectively utilize and maintain the CRM system for lead qualification, offer tracking, and documenting sales opportunities. • Collaborate closely with Customer Service to ensure optimal client support and identify additional business potential. • Meet target goals (KPIs) within a performance-driven team environment. What You'll Need • Previous experience in telesales or a sales role is welcomed, as are motivated career changers and sales talents. • A completed apprenticeship or a degree is beneficial for understanding products and processes. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening to identify and address client needs. • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus; comprehensive training will be provided if needed. • A target-oriented, self-motivated approach, driven by daily sales, achieving goals, and performance metrics.
