Forward Deployed Engineer/ Phoenix, AZ

We're partnering with an innovative enterprise organization that is aggressively investing in Agentic AI and Generative AI initiatives across the business. They're looking for experienced AI Engineers to help build and deploy real-world AI products that drive tangible business outcomes, not just proofs of concept.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale AI systems, including both internal platforms and customer-facing applications, while helping shape the future of agent-driven experiences.
What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI applications
• Develop multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions
• Integrate LLMs into enterprise-scale platforms and products
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services using Python
• Architect cloud-native AI solutions in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities
• Contribute to AI architecture, governance, evaluation, and monitoring best practices
• Drive AI initiatives from concept through production deployment

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with Python
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent systems
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
• Proven ability to develop and deploy production AI applications
• Backend development and API design experience
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to clearly articulate personal contributions, technical decisions, and system architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customer-facing products
• React and/or TypeScript experience
• Mobile development experience (iOS, Android, Kotlin, or Swift)
• Background in fintech or other highly regulated industries
• AI evaluation, observability, and monitoring experience
• Kubernetes and Kafka experience
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
