Required Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, and ETL processing
- 5+ years on hands on skills with reporting tools (Power BI /Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Life and Annuity Business Lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and data transformation techniques.
- Strong data profiling and data quality assessment skills.
- Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying data anomalies.
- Ability to document business rules and transformation logic.
- Experience with data reconciliation
