Centric PLM Developer / Technical Lead / Architect

Role: Centric PLM Developer / Technical Lead / Architect
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Pay Range: $75 $80/hr

Job Description:
Configure and customize Centric PLM modules across implementations
Develop integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, etc.)
Support data migration, workflows, and UI configurations
Troubleshoot and resolve PLM system issues
Lead end-to-end technical delivery for PLM initiatives (for Lead role)
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Oversee development, integrations, and code quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Define and drive PLM architecture strategy using Centric PLM (for Architect role)
Ensure scalability, performance, and enterprise integration alignment
Provide governance and technical leadership across programs
Strong hands-on experience with Centric PLM (configuration, customization, integrations)
Proven experience in end-to-end PLM implementations
Experience integrating PLM with enterprise applications
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a global delivery model aligned to PST hours
Preferred: Retail / Footwear / Apparel / Consumer Goods domain experience
Preferred: Experience with U.S.-based clients and Agile/Scrum delivery model
