Data Analyst (Looker)

Required:

• Advanced Python and SQL against large, network-scale datasets

• Experience using AI tools for analytics work

• Experience with data visualization tools including Looker

• Time series analysis and anomaly detection: KPI trends, seasonality, and degradation patterns

Preferred:

• Experience with RF planning/troubleshooting tools, drive test data, and crowdsourced network data

• Credible with RF planning and performance teams, and able to validate findings with them

• Geospatial analytics

• Telecom/RAN exposure and familiarity with network KPIs

• Experience building clear, repeatable scorecards and dashboards in a standard BI tool, for both leaders and engineers

• Experience evaluating AI tool behavior, such as ticket-routing and root-cause classification accuracy, adoption, and failure modes
