The Role

• Fabricate and install pipework systems using various materials including copper, cuni, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
• Utilize hand tools and mechanical equipment for cutting, bending, and welding pipes.
• Install utilities, fittings, valves, and related components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with other trades to ensure project timelines and accuracy.
• Adhere to stringent safety regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed.

What You'll Need

• A Modern Apprenticeship or Trade Papers (SVQ3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in pipe manufacture and installation within major projects.
• Solid understanding of pipefitting methods, safe working practices, and trade standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Knowledge and application of SHE, COSHH, and risk assessment requirements.
• Previous experience as a Pipefitter or in a similar trade within an industrial or commercial setting.
