The Role

• Assume leadership responsibilities within our psychosomatic youth unit, with a clear path towards full specialist leadership.
• Facilitate and guide clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for adolescents.
• Represent the Chief Physician in a leading senior physician capacity and actively contribute to service development.
• Provide supervision for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced therapy training.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, nurses, educators, and therapists.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
