What You Bring

Day One:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, clerical support, office support, or a related role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office technology and equipment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Valuable Additions:

• Associate degree.
• Previous experience in an insurance agency, financial services office, or professional services environment.
• Experience supporting client account administration and office operations.
• Familiarity with agency management systems or customer relationship management software.
