RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Philadelphia, PA for a direct hire onsite position, 5 days per week. They are looking for local candidates to the Philadelphia market only.

Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Associate to support internal and external supply chain stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. This position serves as a key point of contact for supply chain inquiries and helps ensure requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of customer service.
The role will support questions and requests involving new items, contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, and other supply chain activities, while ensuring inquiries are routed to the appropriate teams when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to supply chain customer inquiries through a ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
• Support stakeholders with questions related to purchase orders, requisitions, contracts, new item requests, and deliveries
• Triage and escalate requests to the appropriate supply chain department or team when additional support is required
• Provide a high level of customer service to a variety of stakeholders, including clinicians, suppliers, internal customers, and business partners
• Monitor open tickets and follow established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Build strong relationships with supply chain customers and collaborate across departments to resolve issues
• Assist with the development and maintenance of knowledge articles, guides, and other support documentation
• Identify recurring questions or issues and help improve supply chain customer service processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-4 years of customer service experience, with experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, healthcare, or a related environment preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting established response deadlines
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Experience working with ticketing or service management systems is preferred
• Familiarity with purchase orders, requisitions, procurement, contracts, deliveries, or supply chain processes is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
