We are seeking a leading specialist for a renowned psychosomatic clinic, recognized as one of the largest in Germany. Join a supportive, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care for adolescents and adults.

The Role

  • Lead and develop a psychosomatic youth ward, with a clear path towards full specialist leadership.
  • Oversee and guide the therapeutic treatment process for adolescents.
  • Represent the chief physician in a senior specialist role and contribute to station development.
  • Supervise trainee child and adolescent psychotherapists, fostering their professional growth.
  • Ensure high-quality patient care through systematic assessments, family consultations, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

What You'll Need

  • Completed specialist training or in the 4th year of assistant training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with advanced therapy training.
  • Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork with physicians, psychologists, nursing staff, and therapists.
  • Openness to taking on leadership responsibilities and a willingness to be thoroughly trained.
  • Commitment to providing excellent psychosomatic care for young patients.
