We are seeking an experienced physician to join a leading psychosomatic clinic renowned for its comprehensive treatment programs for adolescents. This facility is one of the largest of its kind in Germany, offering a supportive and collaborative environment for both patients and staff.

### The Role

• Take on early leadership responsibilities within the child and adolescent psychosomatic department.
• Oversee clinical processes and the entire psychotherapeutic treatment journey for young patients.
• Represent the chief physician in a senior leadership capacity and contribute to departmental development.
• Conduct supervisions for trainee child and adolescent psychotherapists.
• Manage patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary sessions to ensure high-quality care.

### What You'll Need

• Board certification in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy for Children and Adolescents or be in the 4th year of training.
• Completed or advanced training in psychotherapy.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multidisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, nurses, therapists).
• Willingness to take on leadership duties with comprehensive training provided.
