Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to meet the needs of a growing organization
Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline and consistent hiring practices
Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner
Develop and maintain employee benefits, compensation, and recognition programs to promote employee engagement and retention
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with management and other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a human resources leadership role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
