Job Description

Sittercity is seeking a Product Manager to lead digital products that connect families with trusted caregivers. You'll translate customer insights into product roadmaps, define requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to ship intuitive, secure features. You'll prioritize the backlog, run experiments, and use analytics to optimize engagement and trust. In our collaborative, mission-driven culture, you'll help innovate on tools that make childcare safer, more reliable, and easier to manage for parents and sitters nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine the product vision and roadmap for key areas of Sittercity's marketplace
  • Translate user and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality web and mobile features
  • Use analytics and experimentation (A/B tests) to measure impact and inform prioritization
  • Engage with parents and caregivers to gather feedback and validate product decisions
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, tech constraints, and business goals
  • Ensure product experiences uphold Sittercity's standards for safety, trust, and reliability
