Director, IT Business Management - 1037

We are seeking a Director, IT Business Management in our Broomfield, CO, Location.

The Director, IT Business Management, will lead and integrate the management disciplines that enable a scalable, business-aligned, and high-performing IT organization. The scope includes Project and Program Management, Business Analysis, Business Relationship Management, IT Operations Management, IT Performance Management, IT Financial Management, IT Strategy, and Organizational Change Management.

This leader will be responsible for translating IT strategy into operational plans, governance, financial discipline, measurable performance, and effective business engagement. The role will own establishing practical standards and operating rhythms across the IT function, whilst directly overseeing delivery of priority initiatives and maturity improvements.

The Director will lead managers and practitioners across multiple management disciplines, partner closely with IT leaders and business stakeholders, and provide the VP of Information Technology with integrated visibility into priorities, performance, financials, risks, capacity, and organizational change.
