The Role

• Ensure and enforce hygiene standards within the facility.
• Develop and further enhance hygiene standards and concepts.
• Conduct job-specific training related to hygiene.
• Implement measures for quality assurance.
• Perform individual and activating care for residents.
• Manage and execute care documentation and planning.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a nurse (geriatric or general) is required.
• A recognized qualification as a hygiene officer in healthcare facilities is mandatory.
• Demonstrated professional experience in the healthcare industry.
• A genuine passion for working with elderly and care-dependent individuals.
• Strong knowledge of infection control laws and accident prevention regulations.
