About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert to integrate AI tools into our law firm's workflows, streamline processes, automate reporting, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, along with proven expertise in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants.
• Set up SMS and WhatsApp messaging automation.
• Connect AI tools to SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365.
• Integrate accounting platforms with AI tools for financial analysis and reporting.
• Explore integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups.
• Build automated reports and dashboards.
• Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives.
• Ensure secure integrations and protect confidential firm and client information.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying AI automations in real-world business environments.
• Hands-on experience with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, workflow automation, and system integrations.
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, messaging platforms, and financial systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a portfolio of completed projects
