Production Support Engineer

100% Remote

Contract

Term: 1 year contract plus extension

Required Skills

  • IBM DataPower: Advanced experience
  • IBM Integration Bus (IIB): Advanced experience
  • MOVEit Administration: Advanced experience
  • SQL Querying: Advanced experience
  • Splunk: Advanced experience
  • Strong background in production support and IT operations
  • Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis (RCA) skills
  • Experience with real-time system monitoring and incident response
  • Strong experience supporting managed file transfers (MFT), batch jobs, and web service transactions
  • Hands-on experience with Linux-based analysis and troubleshooting
  • Strong scripting and automation experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business teams

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with additional IBM Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies, including:
  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
  • IBM MQ
  • WSRR
  • Experience with IBM DataStage
  • Experience with IBM DB2
  • Experience supporting healthcare or Medicaid systems
  • Experience with production deployment governance and operational readiness
  • Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Experience working with engineering teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and internal teams
