Workday Analyst - AI Initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis with HCM integration experience.
• Strong experience in HCM platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience leading HR Technology transformation and implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of Workday integrations, APIs, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI/AI Agents, or AI-driven HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
