The Role

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a registered nurse or a comparable recognized qualification.
• Experience in basic care and the support and care of people in need of care.
• Empathy, team spirit, and open, respectful communication.
• Responsibility and a calm demeanor, even in stressful situations.
• Willingness to continue learning and developing professional skills.
• A driver's license is a plus, but not essential.
