The Role

• Execute cable pulling and pipe laying operations.
• Install joints, end caps, cable distributors, and house connection components.
• Operate construction machinery and vehicles, ensuring their maintenance.
• Restore sidewalks, traffic areas, and install poles.
• Participate in network fault resolution and provide customer support for service interruptions.

What You'll Need

• Completed training as a civil engineering construction worker, construction equipment operator, or pipe layer, or a career changer with practical skills and relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license class B; classes C1E and CE are advantageous.
• Technical aptitude and enthusiasm for operating construction machinery and equipment.
• German language proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
• Independent, dedicated, and motivated work ethic with strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
