The Role

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical corporate positions.
• Mentor and guide a team of corporate recruiters.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define talent needs and recruitment strategies.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and fit.
• Manage complex recruitment assignments with a focus on quality and efficiency.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in recruiting and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to handle complex searches and navigate challenging recruitment landscapes.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• A driven, positive attitude, even when faced with obstacles.
• Experience building and executing effective sourcing strategies.
