Senior Telecom Data Analyst

As a Senior Analyst at Covista, you will turn telecom and usage data into actionable insights that improve client performance and Covista's communication services. You'll analyze network, voice, and data trends, build reports and dashboards, and translate findings into clear recommendations for internal teams and business customers. Partnering closely with operations, sales, and customer support, you will identify service issues, optimize costs, and support product and network decisions, helping ensure Covista delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality business communication solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze telecom, voice, and data usage to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor service performance and client KPIs.
• Translate complex data into clear business recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with operations, sales, and customer support to resolve service issues and improve reliability.
• Support forecasting, cost optimization, and pricing analysis for communication solutions.
• Document requirements and analytical findings to support process and product improvements.
