Technical Analyst with Security Clearance

Position Description

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to support modernization initiatives, requirements development, and stakeholder engagement for a high-profile federal project. In this role, you will facilitate stakeholder discussions, document technical requirements, develop use cases, and support ongoing technical modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will be adept at process analysis, workflow mapping, and managing requirements traceability within an Agile environment. Top Requirements: Strong experience in requirements gathering, business and technical analysis
Proven proficiency in use case development, process mapping, and workflow analysis
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
Certification such as PMP is highly desirable
Prior federal government experience and Public Trust eligibility preferred
Experience with requirements traceability, backlog management, and business process improvement
Excellent documentation and facilitation skills
