Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM Functional / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management and D365 Finance & Operations.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Inventory, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, Distribution and Fulfillment, along with working knowledge of D365 integrations, data management and enterprise applications.

This position is best suited for a Supply Chain-focused D365 consultant who can understand business requirements, translate them into scalable D365 solutions and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM.
• Analyze and optimize Supply Chain business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
• Configure and support D365 SCM functionality across Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Order Management and Logistics.
• Perform GAP/Fit analysis and recommend appropriate D365 solutions.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows and solution documentation.
• Support integrations between D365, WMS, ERP and external applications.
• Participate in data migration, data mapping and data validation activities.
• Support D365 Data Management Framework, data entities and integration processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, OData, middleware and enterprise integrations.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Provide end-user support, training and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
• Strong functional experience with D365 Supply Chain Management.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with distributed teams.
