The Role

• Represent the company professionally, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Attend scheduled appointments with pre-qualified homeowners interested in window and door replacements.
• Conduct in-home sales processes, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract completion.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers beyond the initial appointment.
• Drive repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and trust.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• A valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to attend appointments with customers.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
