The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and deliver an outstanding customer shopping experience.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, creating appealing product displays, in-store baking, and operating the checkout.
• Assist store management by leading shifts, coordinating tasks, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake warehouse, cleaning, and inventory duties.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, ideally with some leadership experience (e.g., shift supervision).
• A strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, who enjoys motivating and inspiring others.
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed with management.
