The Role
• Service customer needs and proactively recommend the best wireless plans and services to meet their unique requirements.
• Partner with customers to help them connect, work, watch, game, and stream with the latest devices.
• Develop new consumer and business accounts through effective outreach and relationship building.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout and after the sales process, ensuring satisfaction and building trust.
• Stay current on the latest technology products and services to offer informed recommendations.
