Hiring: Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Lead

Remote – USA | Long-Term Contract
 

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS to support M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience
• Minimum 2 full-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle FCCS
  • Oracle ARCS
  • Oracle EDMCS
• Expertise in financial consolidation, close, account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, financial reporting, and master data governance
• Experience with M&A integrations, ERP carve-outs, and finance transformation programs
• Strong experience with trial balance onboarding, metadata migration, hierarchy harmonization, and enterprise data governance
• Experience leading requirements gathering, functional design, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM integrations
• Oracle Data Management, REST APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
• Large-scale enterprise transformation programs
