Senior Associate, Generative AI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Generative AI agents and agentic workflows that address complex business needs
• Develop scalable AI solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration patterns, and autonomous agents
• Create multi-step workflows that connect with enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed and solution effectiveness
• Help ensure solutions meet enterprise expectations for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions and present approaches clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in enterprise environments
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent architectures
• Software engineering experience with API integration, system design, and application development
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solution designs
• Experience working in a client-facing, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Slingshot

Preferred Skills

• Experience with agent orchestration and observability tools such as LangGraph, LangChain, or LangSmith
• Knowledge of cloud-native AI architectures and MLOps best practices
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications
• Background supporting financial services or asset management initiatives
• Experience guiding AI solutions from concept through production deployment
