The Role • Plan and monitor quality activities for complex projects. • Organize and lead project-specific meetings, milestones, and system acceptances. • Develop and implement quality inspection concepts for new vehicle components during the development phase. • Ensure the feasibility of inspection concepts in series production. • Define quality-relevant requirements and translate them into structured test plans. • Analyse quality metrics and derive corrective actions for deviations. What You'll Need • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable engineering discipline. • Proficiency in quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, or Six Sigma. • An analytical, structured, and resilient approach to work, even under pressure. • Strong communication skills with the ability to mediate between different departments. • Team player with assertiveness and a solution-oriented mindset. • High level of self-reliance and a commitment to continuous learning.
