SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM | Munich, Germany | Hybrid We're hiring on behalf of a leading European systems house that develops, manufactures, and supports a diverse product portfolio in the defense sector. The Role • Provide first and second-level support for SAP HCM, assisting with issue analysis and resolution. • Analyze, advise on, and implement SAP HCM processes, collaborating closely with business departments for continuous improvement. • Document business processes accurately and ensure transparency. • Perform SAP HCM customizing and develop modern user interfaces using FIORI/SAP UI5 (JavaScript, OData). • Develop independent extensions and customizations in ABAP and ABAP OO to optimize processes. What You'll Need • Completed degree in Economics, Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant expertise. • Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, PY, OM, ESS/MSS), ideally supplemented by ABAP OO experience. • Several years of experience as an SAP Inhouse Consultant or ABAP Developer in SAP HCM. • Strong knowledge of SAP and standard Microsoft Office applications. • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
