We’re looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in the Geneva, NY area!

This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for a consistent full-time evening schedule and the chance to provide quality care as part of a supportive healthcare team.

Schedule:
• Full-Time
• 5x8 evening shifts per week
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Holiday rotation required

Responsibilities:

• Providing direct nursing care to assigned residents
• Monitoring and documenting changes in resident condition
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicating with RNs and other members of the care team
• Maintaining accurate resident documentation
• Supporting residents with their day-to-day healthcare needs

• BLS – AHA or RQI required

• 1+ year of LPN experience
