✅ Lead end-to-end analytics modernization, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, user adoption, and legacy system retirement.

✅ Define scope, priorities, and delivery plans based on business impact, usage, risk, dependencies, and implementation effort.

✅ Collaborate with business users to understand decision-making needs and workflows, translating them into effective analytics solutions.

✅ Apply strong data modeling expertise and knowledge of modern data platforms to review data models, SQL, testing, reconciliation, and architectural trade-offs.

✅ Align business stakeholders and technical teams around project goals, data quality, user adoption, and legacy retirement criteria.

✅ Lead and mentor employees and contractors, establish priorities, build team capabilities, and drive accountability.

✅ Provide detailed technical design expertise in modern Lakehouse architecture.
