EMEA Benefits Analyst

London | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid | Up to £64,000 per annum

I'm currently supporting a global technology organisation with the search for an experienced EMEA Benefits Analyst to join their high-performing Benefits team on a 12-month contract.

We're looking to speak with candidates who have:

• 5+ years' experience in employee benefits within a large, multinational organisation
• Strong knowledge of EMEA benefits programmes and operations
• Experience supporting benefits systems, data audits and process improvements
• Exposure to annual benefits renewals and vendor management
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across HR, Payroll and external providers
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting benefits programmes across multiple EMEA countries while contributing to a range of operational and project-based initiatives.
