2nd Line IT Support / Service Desk Engineer Contract Opportunities | Belfast / Northern Ireland | £180-£220 per day Are you an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer or Service Desk Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity? The Opportunity Potential contract assignments include: Providing 1st and 2nd Line technical support. Troubleshooting Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365. Supporting Active Directory and Entra ID. Managing incidents and service requests through ticketing systems. Diagnosing hardware, software and network issues. Supporting user onboarding and offboarding. Escalating complex issues to infrastructure and specialist teams. Maintaining documentation and meeting agreed SLAs. What I'm Looking For Previous experience as an IT Support Engineer, 2nd Line Support Engineer or Service Desk Engineer. Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 knowledge. Active Directory and user account administration. Hardware, software and network troubleshooting. Experience using ticketing systems and working to SLAs.
