Position Description:

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IFS Solution Architect to design and deliver IFS ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IFS Cloud and earlier IFS Applications, with experience in ERP architecture, integrations, and large-scale implementations. You will work with business stakeholders, technical teams, and executives to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while following IFS best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end IFS ERP solutions.
• Gather business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Define system architecture, configurations, integrations, and data flows.
• Lead solution workshops with business and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions follow IFS best practices with minimal customization.
• Guide functional consultants, developers, and data teams.
• Identify and resolve architecture, integration, and performance issues.
• Maintain solution documentation and architecture standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor for customers on IFS capabilities and future roadmap.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with IFS Cloud and IFS Applications.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Solution Architecture.
• Experience implementing multi-site and multi-entity ERP solutions.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Finance, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Projects modules.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data migration, configurations, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Ability to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Experience in Professional Services, including pre-sales and SOW preparation.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as an IFS Solution Architect.
• Experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
