  • Research and draft briefs, memoranda, and other legal work product.

  • Advise clients on tax procedures, reporting and disclosure requirements, and penalty avoidance or abatement strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Three to five years of tax controversy experience in a law firm, tax court, or government role focused on tax matters.

  • JD and an LLM in Taxation, or current enrollment with completion by Fall 2028.

  • Active bar admission, or completion of the admission process, in the state where you will work: New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington, DC.

  • Experience with tax controversy or litigation, in addition to transactional tax work; exposure to both civil and criminal matters is beneficial.
