You will be a key leader driving operational excellence, guest engagement, and team development. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will ensure every guest experience reflects Toro’s lively spirit and exceptional standards.

Reporting to the Toro Restaurant General Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead daily operations of Toro Latin Restaurant, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
  • Consistently deliver professional, engaging, and personalized service reflective of Toro’s brand
  • Drive revenue through strategic programming, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance within the front-of-house team
  • Collaborate with culinary leadership to ensure alignment on menu execution, presentation, and service flow
  • Maintain strong floor presence—actively engaging with guests, resolving concerns, and building relationships
  • Oversee reservations strategy and guest flow through platforms such as OpenTable, ensuring optimization of covers and pacing
  • Coordinate and execute special events, group dining, and holiday activations
  • Ensure all guest preferences, VIP notes, and special requests are executed flawlessly
  • Partner with Concierge and resort departments to enhance the overall guest journey
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including sales, labor, and guest satisfaction scores
  • Support financial performance through effective labor management, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Maintain compliance with all corporate, brand, and operational standards
  • Participate in leadership meetings, weekly forecasts, and operational planning sessions
  • Support resort-wide initiatives, special events, and cross-outlet collaboration as needed
  • Lead, coach, and develop colleagues through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Previous Food & Beverage leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale or luxury restaurant environment required
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management
  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen with experience managing labor and driving revenue
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and guest-focused under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences
