Job Title: QA Lead (Amazon Connect)

Location: Dallas, TX (4 Days/Week Onsite at Client Office)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience testing and validating Amazon Connect solutions, IVR applications, API integrations, and cloud-based contact center platforms. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced client environment.
