Client Systems Admin/Helpdesk Support with Security Clearance

Responsibilities * Provide Tier I/II system administration and help desk support for classified and mission systems, including troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues. * Install, configure, maintain, and update servers, workstations, operating systems, and mission applications in accordance with Government security and operational requirements. * Respond to user requests through phone, email, portal, and walk-in support, ensuring timely resolution, accurate ticket tracking, and strong customer service. * Monitor system health, performance, backups, and availability; identify issues proactively and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and mission impact. * Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, system inventories, audit logs, and configuration records to support continuity, compliance, and operational readiness. * Support cybersecurity and compliance activities by applying patches, assisting with vulnerability remediation, following RMF/JSIG/ATO procedures, and escalating security incidents as required. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of related experience
* TS/SCI clearance
* Security+/A+/Net+ certification

The salary range for this position is USD $93,900.00/Yr. - USD $156,800.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
