The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Manage and process billing for inpatient hospital services (DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation).
• Provide support to decentralized patient management departments across the group, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Contribute to ensuring patients receive comprehensive care and a positive recovery experience.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training.
• Ideally, experience with hospital information systems such as Orbis, Medico, or SAP.
• Preferable experience in inpatient patient billing.
• High level of performance, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work approach with the ability to maintain overview in demanding situations.
• Professional and service-oriented communication with various stakeholders.
