About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building ML models, working with large datasets, deploying AI applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world applications.
• Build and optimize predictive models using structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Develop and maintain ML pipelines and automate model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Developers.
• Monitor production models and improve model performance over time.
• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Document model architecture, experiments, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning techniques.
• Experience working with NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series, or Generative AI.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Fine-tuning.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Experience with ML model deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and integrating AI services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar MLOps tools.
• Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
• Experience building production-scale AI applications.
• Master''s or Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agents and autonomous workflows.
• Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning.
• Experience developing chatbots or conversational AI.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Research publications in AI/ML.
