AI/ML Engineer - LLM, GraphRAG (Remote)

We are seeking a AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and advanced machine learning to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions. Strong experience with open-source and commercial LLMs, scalable AI infrastructure, and end-to-end model deployment is required. Healthcare AI experience, research-to-production expertise, and contributions to open-source AI projects are highly desirable.

This is a remote position based in Minneapolis, MN for a candidate with strong expertise in LLM Fine-Tuning (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Qwen), GraphRAG, Knowledge Graphs, Vector Databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus), Embedding Models (BGE, E5, SimCSE), Semantic Retrieval, Document Processing, Distributed Training (NCCL, DeepSpeed, Horovod), Multi-GPU Training, InfiniBand/RDMA, Reinforcement Learning (RLHF, RLAIF, PPO, DPO), Python, and Machine Learning Optimization Techniques.
