Call Center Sales Representative

MCI Careers is hiring Call Center Sales Representatives to join our performance-driven Sales & Business Development team. In this fast-paced role, you will handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, present CX and BPO solutions, and convert prospects while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll qualify leads, overcome objections, upsell, and follow defined scripts and compliance guidelines. Using CRM tools, you’ll document interactions, track progress to sales and quality targets, and continuously improve through coaching and training.
