What You’ll Do

- Generate appointments through neighborhood outreach, networking, referrals, and personal relationships

- Speak with homeowners about their window and door needs

- Schedule and conduct your own in-home consultations

- Present solutions, answer questions, and close sales

- Follow up with potential customers and ask for referrals

- Take ownership of your schedule, pipeline, and results

Previous sales experience is helpful, but character, work ethic, and the willingness to learn matter even more.

This Is Not a Traditional 9-to-5 Position

This is a commission-driven opportunity for producers. We are not looking for someone who wants to clock in, do the minimum, and collect a paycheck.
