IT Enterprise Data Architect

This individual should come from an engineering background and be a true player/coach who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also providing technical leadership. They should have strong analytical skills with deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and enterprise data architecture, along with a solid understanding of complex data sets.

The primary focus of the role is designing and building enterprise-wide data models and ensuring seamless integration across core business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, and other critical platforms. Experience working in environments with both NetSuite and Salesforce is required.

Experience within a SaaS environment is highly preferred, as the ideal candidate will understand subscription-based business models, renewals, and recurring revenue metrics.

TOP NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS

• 6 8 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience, with an additional 3 5 years in an Enterprise Data Architect or similar architecture role.
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment (approximately $1B+ in annual revenue) with complex, cross-functional data ecosystems.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric and enterprise data modeling, including designing data models that support both business applications and AI/analytics initiatives.
• Strong understanding of semantic layers, common data models, and enterprise-wide data architecture best practices.
• Hands-on experience with both Salesforce and NetSuite is required, including data integration and enterprise data flows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and collaborate across functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to evaluate complex data challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
